At Soldotna Realty Property Management Services we are trusted to handle all the headaches that come with renting or leasing your property -- repairs, maintenance, rents, evictions, and other intrusions. Renters	To apply for one of our rentals, there is an application fee of $20.00 for a credit check that is non-refundable. Each property may have different requirements and different allowances, such as, pets, no pets or only certain pets. Soldotna Realty Property Management Services will be your contact for the property you are renting through us, so when there is a problem you must call us to take care of the problem. If it is urgent, there will be an alternate number for you to call and we will respond as quickly as possible. If there is something that needs attention and is not an emergency, give us a call and we will schedule a time to fix the problem. Soldotna Realty is an Equal Opportunity Housing office.
